The PH Snowball is a pendant lamp designed by Poul Henningsen in 1958 and brought into production by Louis Poulsen in 1983. Its striking yet soft glow is created by the layered arrangement of rounded shades, which gently reflect the light between them. In this edition from 2025, the top surfaces of the shades are finished in a soft matte color, while the undersides are bright white. The polished, metallized brass frame completes the lamp's warm, radiant look.
PH Snowball is a more compact version of the PH Louver lamp, originally designed by Henningsen for the Adventist Church in Skodsborg, Denmark. With a diameter of 15.75 x 0 in (40 x cm, cm), this pendant light is ideal for hanging above a dining table or a seating area, and also suits rooms with lower ceilings.
