The Nebra wall lamp by New Works presents designer Lukas Bazlen's contemporary take on the classic, pleated luminaires. The beautiful lamp was originally created in 2019, then under the name Méduse. Made of ABS plastic, the Nebra wall lamp features a shade made up of clever folds that, in addition to their esthetic appeal, serve another, more practical purpose: they allow the size of the shade to be adjusted to fit the space and mood. The diameter can be modified from 30 to a total of 42 centimeters. The versatile Nebra wall lamp provides elegant illumination for a reading corner, bedroom or public spaces.

Lukas Bazle is a Berlin-based designer who specializes in product and interior design. Bazle’s work is characterized by a combination of functionality and playfulness as well as material-based design. After graduating from the Hochschule für Gestaltung Schwäbisch Gmünd, Bazle has worked as a freelancer as well as project manager and designer at Mykilos in Berlin.
