Description

Linie Design’s Helix Haven plastic rug brings a tactile, relaxed Scandinavian feel to both indoor and outdoor spaces. A softly flowing surface pattern adds gentle movement, while recycled PET fibers ensure the rug stands up to sun and moisture with ease.

Designed by Urd Moll Gundermann, the Helix Haven rug has an easy, timeless character that suits dining areas, kitchens, hallways, as well as terraces and patios. The hard-wearing woven surface is simple to maintain – spills and stains wipe away effortlessly. This high-quality, long-lasting rug is handwoven in India using traditional techniques.

  • Notes The rug is reversible. Variations in color and texture can arise between batches of yarn and dye baths.

  • Care instructions Suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Vacuum regularly without brush head. Clean with water and mild soap; do not scrub. Use underlay indoors to prevent color transfer. Outdoors: bring inside during winter and bad weather; never leave wet rug on delicate underlay. Always hang to dry.

Urd Moll Gundermann is a Danish designer whose work spans fashion, home textiles, prints, and industrial design. A graduate of the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, where she studied fashion and textile design, Moll Gundermann has worked extensively with both Danish and international brands.

Since 2012, Moll Gundermann has been part of the Danish rug brand Linie Design, where she was appointed Head of Design in 2019. In addition to rug design, she also contributes to shaping the brand’s visual identity.
