Description

Global GS-20 fish bone tweezers are a trusted kitchen tool for anyone who loves cooking fish. The dimpled stainless steel surface sits comfortably and securely in the hand, while the finely shaped tips allow you to grip even the smallest pin bones with confidence. Thanks to their compact size, the GS-20 tweezers are especially well-suited to smaller fish such as sea bass, sea bream and St. Peter’s fish.

Each Global knife is handcrafted in Japan, drawing on the tradition of samurai sword making. Forged from Cromova 18 – a high-grade, high-hardness stainless steel developed exclusively for Global – the blade offers excellent resistance to rust and corrosion. Thanks to its steep, acute cutting angle, the edge stays sharper for longer, delivering performance that surpasses conventional kitchen knives.
