Chair 1 by Grythyttan Stålmöbler has brought the quality of Swedish design to gardens, balconies and terraces since the 1930s. The chair is the little sister of the company’s first successful product, the armchair A2. Designed by Artur Lindqvist, the stackable garden chair is distinguished by its slender leg structure, which gives the Chair 1 a pleasant, slightly springy seating feel. The same type of leg design can be found in many other Grythyttan Stålmöbler chairs as well. The charming chair is made of oiled pine.

Chair 1 is part of Grythyttan Stålmöbler's Classic collection. With its first pieces dating back to the Swedish functionalist design of the 1930s, the Classic collection is designed specifically for outdoor use.
