Skultuna’s Flora is a beautiful brass candle snuffer inspired by, as the name suggests, flora. Designer Nick Ross drew inspiration for the candle snuffer’s delicate shape particularly from the daffodil flower: “Flowers have been used through out history as decoration in domestic settings, and have traditionally been popular gifts. So I felt the symbol of the flower was a beautiful metaphor to explore.” When not in use, the Flora candle snuffer functions as an elegant and sculptural decorative object on a table or shelf.

Nick Ross (s. 1986) is a Scottish-born industrial designer who has studied in Aberdeen and Stockholm. Before founding his own studio in Stockholm in 2014, Ross worked as an assistant for Matti Klenell. In 2008 Ross was awarded with the Arts & Heritage prize for his graduation project for the Gray's School of Art in Aberdeen, and he has also won awards such as Muuto Talent Award 2014 and Formex Nova 2016.
