Description

LYFA’s Noote portable table lamp brings a touch of jazz-club charm to everyday moments. Originally designed by GamFratesi for Copenhagen’s Epicurus Jazz Club, Noote blends the smooth rhythm of the 1930s with a modern, minimalist aesthetic – the result is a lamp that feels both nostalgic and refreshingly simple.

Lightweight and easy to move around, Noote casts its glow wherever it’s needed – over a dinner table, by the sofa, or in a quiet reading nook. Beneath the white glass shade lies a dimmable LED module with three light levels, adjusted with a soft tap on the top. Depending on the mood, Noote shines for 8 to 30 hours on a single charge, keeping the atmosphere just right from dusk till dawn.

GamFratesi

GamFratesi studio was founded in 2006 by Danish architect Stine Gam (born 1975) and Italian architect Enrico Fratesi (born 1978). The studio is based in Copenhagen, though Gam and Fratesi are continuously traveling between Italy and Denmark for development and research of new projects. GamFratesi has designed furniture and lighting fixtures to Louis Poulsen, Gubi, Hay, Fritz Hansen and Skultuna, among others.
