Steamery's colour absorbers allow you to was colourful and light-coloured clothes together without having to fear discolouration. As their name suggests, the sheets absorb loose colour pigments, preventing them from being transmitted to other textiles in the washer. However magical lifesavers the colour absorbers may seem, they cannot absorb 100% of the colour pigments – therefore, we do not recommend washing your lightest and darkest garments together, or throwing new red socks in the same wash with your favourite white shirt. New clothes should be washed with similar colours at least five times before mixing colours.
How to use colour absorbers?
- Put 1–3 colour absorber sheets in the back of the washer drum.
- Wash your textiles as you would at 30°C (the sheets are not recommended for high temperatures).
- The sheets will naturally dissolve after one use.
