The designer was also inspired by how backlight can fade the outline of an object. Charlotte von der Lancken (b. 1978) is a Swedish industrial designer and artist. Previously best known as one of the founders of the renowned design studio Front Design, the Konstfack graduate has had her own studio in Stockholm since 2015. Charlotte von der Lancken’s works have been accepted to the collections of MoMa, Nationalmuseum and Victoria & Albert Museum, among others.
