Description

Alessi's Plissé coffee capsule crusher makes disposing of espresso and coffee capsules an eco-friendly, efficient and elegant process. The recycling machine is part of Alessi's Plissé series which was inspired by fashion and architectural design. This can be seen in the coffee capsule crusher's pleated surface that mirrors the look of folded fabric. 

Designed for compatibility with all Nespresso and Vertuo capsules, the Plissé recycling unit is incredibly easy to use, even for those who really are not morning people! Just pop the used capsule in, press the lid and the device neatly separates the coffee grounds from the recyclable aluminium. Make your coffee breaks eco-conscious and enjoyable!

  • Notes Compatible with all Nespresso® and Vertuo® capsules.
    Insert the used capsule into the machine and remove the coffee grounds from the aluminium capsule to be recycled by simply pressing on the lid. Operation is very simple and is completely manual.
  • Care instructions The lid, base and container are easy to remove and completely washable. Use lukewarm water and cleaning agents that do not contain abrasives. Dry with a soft cloth. Cleaning in the dishwasher is not recommended.

Michele De Lucchi

Michele De Lucchi was born in 1951 in Ferrara, Italy. He studied architecture in Florence. After his graduation De Lucchi was a part of anti-design movement called Radical. 

De Lucchi has designed lamps and furnishings for the most renewed Italian and European companies. He has received a Compasso D'oro design award together with Giancarlo Fassina for their well-known Tolomeo series of lamps.
