Secto Design’s Adilo pendant light is a wooden ceiling lamp designed by Ilkka Kauppinen and launched in 2025. It captivates with its pairing of slender birch veneer strips and an intriguing, layered structure. Opening from a flat form into a naturally flowing shape, the lamp’s spiral-like layers allow light to filter softly and warmly into the room.
Crafted from certified Finnish birch, Adilo highlights the material’s delicate yet resilient character, complemented by the subtle growth rings visible on the birch slats. The rhythmic, three-dimensional composition adds depth, movement and the charm of contemporary Nordic design above a dining table or in a living space, for instance.
