Form & Refine’s Echo coat rack is a versatile and, above all, beautiful addition to an entrance hall, kitchen or dressing room. Made of solid oak, the coat rack is decorated with gorgeous wood grain patterns that make each piece unique.
Designed by Herman Studio, Echo’s name refers to the repetition of its hooks: “We wanted to make a coat rack where repetition becomes an essential element of the expression,” says Herman Studio.
“By repeating the same hook many times and putting them in a row, a graphically beautiful rhythm is created. The shape of the hooks is pointed softly to be able to better grip the jackets that are hung.”

Herman Studio is a Danish design practice founded in 2011, specialising in furniture and interior design. The studio was established by Helle Herman Mortensen, who holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Design from Aalborg University, and Jonas Herman Pedersen, who studied furniture and spatial design at the Aarhus School of Architecture.
Mortensen places emphasis on storytelling and viewing design from multiple perspectives, while Pedersen values a holistic approach to materials and production processes. Their work often balances elegance and strength, with a touch of playfulness and unexpected detail woven into each design.
