Description

Heymat’s delightfully vibrant Mix doormat brings a splash of shades to your entryway. Designed in collaboration by Norwegian designer Kristine Five Melvær and Swedish colour artist Tekla Evelina Severin, the rug’s palette draws inspiration from dazzling gemstones and the charm of Mediterranean architecture.

But the Mix door mat is more than just a cheerful visual accent – it also keeps your floors clean and dry. Made from absorbent recycled plastic, the mat is designed to handle everyday wear and tear, helping your hallway stay fresh in all kinds of weather.

  • Care instructions Machine washable. Vacuum regularly to remove dust and dirt. For a deeper clean, wash at 60 °C / 140 °F (warm temperature) and either lay flat to dry or use a dryer. With regular care, the mat will maintain its quality and continue to look great over time.
  • Notes Suitable for indoor use. Manufacturing process behind a Heymat involves numerous manual operations. This means that the mats may vary slightly in size, color and appearance.

Kristine Five Melvær

Kristine Five Melvær is an Oslo-based, award-winning designer who has graduated from the Oslo School of Architecture and Design with a degree in industrial design as well as the Oslo National Academy of the Arts with a degree in visual communication. She combines these two disciplines by approaching design with the communicative and evocative potential of objects as her starting point.

Shipping & Delivery

If all the items in your order are in stock, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Finland within two working days. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product pages and at checkout.

We offer free shipping on small items for orders over
1200 DKK.

For large items, free shipping applies to orders over 24 000 DKK.

“Small item” refers to parcels under 80 cm in length or weighing less than 25 kg. Larger or heavier shipments are classified as “Large item deliveries” (see below).

Please note that the free shipping thresholds stated above may not apply in certain cases. In such situations, any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Large item delivery charge range from 240 DKK to 1200 DKK and is automatically calculated and displayed on the product page and at checkout. The exact cost is confirmed once your delivery address has been entered.

Large item delivery charges apply to any single parcel with a side longer than 80 cm or weighing more than 25 kg.

Please note that exceptions to these fees may apply to ensure the safe and reliable delivery of large or delicate items. In such cases, the final delivery cost will be displayed at checkout.

As a member, you’ll enjoy even better free shipping benefits on small items:

  • Level 2: Free shipping for orders over 1000 DKK
  • Level 3–4: Free shipping for orders over 800 DKK

Exclusions apply: For large item deliveries, an additional surcharge is applied based on your location and the size and weight of your shipment.
