Serax’s Candelabra evokes a mysterious, poetic atmosphere with echoes of the medieval past. The design duo COSEINCORSO drew inspiration from the tranquil, contemplative architecture of the 13th-century beguinages in Belgium – for context, beguinages were communities of religious women who lived together in devotion and simplicity.
Made from five flat, hand-finished steel pieces in deep blue, the candle holder resembles a fragmented plate that assembles into a perfect circle. Each segment features a spike for a slender taper candle. You can arrange the parts together as a whole or display them separately for a more creative, fragmented composition.
