Description

Serax's Serving Spring plate sets the scene for springtime tables. Quite literally so, as Dutch artist and designer Nel Maertens drew inspiration from budding spring flowers when designing this beautiful serving plate. The delicately patterned ceramic plate celebrates new beginnings and feels perfectly at home at spring and early summer gatherings, or simply when bringing a fresh touch to more ordinary daily table settings.

Belgian visual artist and designer Nel Maertens (b. 1996) is known for her vibrant, high-energy expression. Originally from Antwerp, Maertens graduated with a Master’s degree in fashion from the Royal Academy of Fine Arts Antwerp in 2019, after which she developed her own multidisciplinary artistic practice. Her work moves fluidly between visual art, costume design, and performance, combining bold colours and dynamic shapes into inviting compositions that reflect both the rhythms of nature and shared personal experiences.

If all the items in your order are in stock, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Finland within two working days. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product pages and at checkout.

Please note that your order will be delivered as one full shipment once all the items are in stock.

For orders shipped to non-EU countries (excluding the US, Norway, Switzerland and the UK):
