Description

Sammode’s Belleville Mini wall lamp provides a French-style industrial feel and softly diffused light filtered through a decorative metal grid. The Belleville Mini lamp is fully waterproof, making it suitable also for bathroom or outdoor use. Hardwired installation.

Designed by Normal Studio for Sammode, the Belleville lamp is part of the Paname collection that draws inspiration from different parts of Paris – the simple grid pattern of Belleville has references to the old working-class district that is now a centre of Parisian street art. The lamp is manufactured in Châtillon-sur-Saône, France.

Normal Studio

Normal Studio is a Paris-based design studio which was founded in 2006 by Jean-François Dingjian and Eloi Chafaï. Their designs aim beyond the trends, towards the very basics, with a strong focus on the cultural and social values of design. Normal Studio’s work includes designs for large manufacturers as well as small, experimental designs. The duo has been awarded with the Designer/Company prize at Paris’ Designer’s Days 2010 as well as the Designer of the Year 2010 at Now! (Maison & Objet).
