Description

Viccarbe’s Trestle table is a sturdy dining table designed by John Pawson in 2014. Named after its trestle legs, Trestle’s base has been crafted from solid oak, and its oak-veneered MDF top is adorned with gentle wood grain patterns. The trestle legs and natural, matt-stained surface give the table a traditional yet modern, minimalist look. The Trestle table makes a perfect dining table in homes, restaurants and cafés, and it is also well suited for offices and conference rooms.

John Pawson

John Pawson (born 1949) is an English architect and designer known for his minimalist aesthetics and holistic approach to design, whether it be a church, a residential building or even cutlery. Well-known works by the award-winning architect include the Nový Dvur monastery in the Czech Republic and the Sackler Crossing bridge at Kew Gardens in London. In the field of design, he has collaborated with the likes of Tekla, Salvatori and Wästberg, among others.
