Fiskars' Folken frying pan earns its place in the kitchen of even the most demanding home chef. Made of uncoated recycled cast iron, the 9.45 in (24 cm) pan is perfect for browning and frying meat, poultry, and vegetables. Cast iron distributes heat evenly and works on all hob types, including induction. The versatile frying pan is heat-resistant up to 270 °C, so it can also be used in the oven, on the grill, or even over an open flame.
The Folken frying pan is up to 30% lighter compared to traditional cast iron, which makes it easier to handle. A sturdy handle and practical pouring spouts make everyday cooking even smoother. Please note that the Folken cast iron pan is not dishwasher safe and should always be washed by hand.
