Description

Johanna Gullichsen’s laptop sleeve, designed to fit a 13” device, protects the laptop with a thick Eos cotton fabric with soft padding. The laptop bag has a zipper closure.

The sleeve belongs to Johanna Gullichsen’s Normandie collection, inspired by the era of luxury ocean liners and slow, elegant way of traveling. Made of thick, double-sided cotton, the Normandie collection features various graphic patterns in Scandinavian tones, designed and woven in Finland.

Care instructions
Hand wash or gentle machine wash. Do not use bleach. After washing, stretch the product back to its shape. Light spinning. Hanging drying, no tumble drying. Steam iron when wet up to 200 ° C. Cotton fabrics shrink by 5-8% during washing.

Johanna Gullichsen

Finnish textile designer Johanna Gullichsen was born in Somero, Finland and studied art history, literature and languages at the University of Helsinki before starting her weaving studies in Porvoo. Today she runs her own brand which is specialized in woven textiles for modern living. Gullichsen is inspired by handweaving and experimenting with different techniques, and that’s how most of her designs are born. In 2021, Johanna Gullichsen was awarded the Kaj Franck Design Prize, one of the most esteemed design awards in Finland.
