Description

HAY’s Pastis armchair is a sturdy and characterful wooden chair that looks equally good by a dining table at home as well as in a restaurant setting. Thanks to its great seating comfort and durable, stackable design, Pastis will easily find its place in offices and public spaces as well.

When designing the Pastis chair, the French designer Julien Renault wanted to create an extremely versatile chair that would bring warmth, elegance and the feel of high-quality craftsmanship to any space. The Pastis chairs are made of veneered wood and are available in a range of finishes.

    La pastis Hay est une chaise très confortable et soignée par ses lignes galbées inscrite dans une forme traditionnelle et intemporelle. Le colis est parfaitement protégé, toutefois il a subis un choc durant le transport perforant un peu le carton et entraînant une petite écharde de bois sur un pied. Le service après-vente de Finnish Design à réagis très rapidement et parfaitement en proposant une solution pour ce désagrément. Très bon site de design scandinave et très bonne équipe à l’écoute

    Comme à son habitude, les produits de la marque HAY sont d'excellente qualité. Après avoir acheté de nombreuse decoration sur le site de Finnish, ainsi qu'un banc, je me suis laissé tempter par cette chaise au courbe et aux matériaux exceptionnel. Livré par UPS, et mesurant plus ou moins 17.5 KG, le produit était bien emballé par le vendeur et la marque, le montage inexistant et la qualité surprenant, plaisante, tout autant que les courbes et l'assise de la PASTIS.

Shipping & Delivery

If all the items in your order are in stock, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Finland within two working days. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product pages and at checkout.

The shipping cost is based on the destination, weight, and volume of the shipment and will be calculated automatically. You will see the exact rate, available shipping options and estimated delivery date at checkout once you have filled in your address details.

Please note that your order will be delivered as one full shipment once all the items are in stock.

Orders shipped to Australia are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) as following:

For private customers:

  • Orders of AU$1,000 or less (goods value only, excluding shipping and taxes):
    • A 10% GST is included in the prices and paid at checkout.
  • Orders over AU$1,000:
    • GST and any applicable import duties are collected by Australian customs upon arrival and must be paid by the recipient. Since GST is collected by customs, it is deducted from the order total at checkout and shown as a separate line item in the cost breakdown.

Please note that our product pages display prices including 10% GST. As a result, the AU$1,000 threshold effectively applies to orders with a displayed goods value of AU$1,100 or more.

Delivery terms

Orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis. This means that any GST, import duties or other charges assessed by Australian customs or the carrier must be paid by the recipient in order to release the shipment.

Please note that the right to return products does not apply to:

  • Custom-made products which are ordered from the manufacturer according to the customer's wishes.
  • Custom-cut items (including fabrics and replacement webbing).

Please note that returns are subject to a restocking fee, which varies depending on your region and the item being returned. The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
