Description

Cane-line’s Basket outdoor lounge chair offers a cosy spot for enjoying lazy summer days on the balcony or in the garden – the deep seat is perfect for curling up with a good book and a refreshing drink. Created by Søren Rose Studio, the design is inspired by traditional wicker furniture yet realised with durable materials that can withstand varying weather conditions: the chair’s steel frame is encapsulated by weatherproof Cane-line Weave, Cane-line’s own synthetic rattan-style material, and cushioned with comfy pillows complete with the Cane-line QuickDry and Airflow systems, specially created for outdoor use – after a rain shower, the cushions will be dry and plush again in approximately one hour.

  • Care instructions Cane-line Weave: Regular cleaning with a soft brush and soapy water is important. This ensures the removal of superficial soil and debris, such as leaves, berries, pollen and bird droppings, before they have a chance to build up and become more difficult to remove. Alternatively, the product can be cleaned with a high-pressure cleaner set at moderate. Cane-line AirTouch: clean with a soft brush and soapy water. Cushion cover is machine washable at 30°C.
  • Notes Place the cushions upright when not in use to ensure optimum drainage, thereby minimising the risk of mould and mildew. The cushion core has anti-bacterial protection that is most effective with correct drainage of the cushion.

Shipping & Delivery

If all the items in your order are in stock, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Finland within two working days. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product pages and at checkout.

The shipping cost is based on the destination, weight, and volume of the shipment and will be calculated automatically. You will see the exact rate, available shipping options and estimated delivery date at checkout once you have filled in your address details.

Please note that your order will be delivered as one full shipment once all the items are in stock.

Orders shipped to Australia are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) as following:

For private customers:

  • Orders of AU$1,000 or less (goods value only, excluding shipping and taxes):
    • A 10% GST is included in the prices and paid at checkout.
  • Orders over AU$1,000:
    • GST and any applicable import duties are collected by Australian customs upon arrival and must be paid by the recipient. Since GST is collected by customs, it is deducted from the order total at checkout and shown as a separate line item in the cost breakdown.

Please note that our product pages display prices including 10% GST. As a result, the AU$1,000 threshold effectively applies to orders with a displayed goods value of AU$1,100 or more.

Delivery terms

Orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis. This means that any GST, import duties or other charges assessed by Australian customs or the carrier must be paid by the recipient in order to release the shipment.

Please note that the right to return products does not apply to:

  • Custom-made products which are ordered from the manufacturer according to the customer's wishes.
  • Custom-cut items (including fabrics and replacement webbing).

Please note that returns are subject to a restocking fee, which varies depending on your region and the item being returned. The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
