TOP 5 in August: The most inspiring new products

AGO's Nova pendant resembles a supernova in mid-explosion.

In August, Finnish Design Shop welcomed a collection of enchanting luminaires from Fritz Hansen, Woud, and a new Korean brand, AGO. Take a peek at the most swoon-worthy new products and find your favorite!

AGO: Nova pendant

AGO is a Korean brand focused on lighting launched in 2019. AGO speaks for local production, quality, and simplistic yet imaginative design. The Nova pendant, designed by Studio Jinsik Kim, draws inspiration from space and sci-fi: the graphic, intersecting metal halos create a suspenseful yet calming ensemble.

The slender metal frame of Woud's Ghost table lamp features a beautiful handle, allowing the luminaire to be easily moved around.

Woud: Ghost table lamp

Woud's sympathetic Ghost table lamp resembles a petite, translucent ghost – albeit a very elegant one. Designed by Andreas Kowalewski, the lamp features an opal glass shade that diffuses the light into a soft, delicate gleam making it perfect for the nightstand or a bookshelf.
