Look forward to inspiration, joy, and iconic design.

After a burst of color, it’s time to explore the rest of the fairgrounds. This year’s theme, Touch, invites us to experience design beyond what meets the eye. The feel of a surface and the texture of a material can often be even more powerful than simply looking.

An architecture of experience

The themed exhibition has been designed by Collaboratorio, the architecture studio founded by Martino De Rossi and Kristiina Kuusiluoma. Known for pushing the boundaries of ecological design and sustainable building, Collaboratorio brings a fresh perspective to the fair.

This year’s theme comes to life through an exhibition that invites visitors to sense materials beyond the visual – to feel, touch, experience, and reflect. Staying true to Collaboratio’s values, the installation also embraces ethics, recyclability, and reusability as essential parts of tomorrow’s design.

Designed by Laura Seppänen, the Neighbours area brings together themes of living, interior design, and building.

Gatherings and conversations

The Neighbours area brings a sense of community to the fair – true to its name, it feels like a village street where people live side by side. Designed by interior designer Laura Seppänen, the heart of the space is a large table that invites people to gather, greet, and form connections.

It’s also a space to explore what truly makes a home feel like home. And who better to spark those reflections than iconic Finnish brands like Nikari, Made by Choice, and Fasetti.
