TAKT’s Plint is a delightfully versatile wooden table designed by Cecilie Manz, serving as a coffee table in the living room, a bench in the hallway, or a practical side table placed against a wall or under a window. Structurally, Plint is ingeniously simple: the top and sides are cut from a single piece of wood, joined together with hinges made from Swedish vegetable-tanned leather. The lower support structure is also fixed in place in a straightforward way, using a wooden dowel and a leather strap – without any glue or screws.
Easy to assemble, Plint is delivered in eco-friendly flat-pack packaging. In line with TAKT’s principles, all components are detachable and can be replaced if needed.
