Description
Kauniste's Sauna linen runner both protects your skin from the heat of the sauna benches and crowns the appearance of the sauna with a captivating pattern, showcasing cottages, forests and ponds – the whole serene ambience of the Finnish lake landscapes. Designed by Riikka Laakso, the pattern is continued on the other side of the towel in contrasting shades. Woven from luxurious and soft jacquard fabric, the seat cover also finds its place outside the sauna: it quickly transforms into a tablecloth, adding an elegant touch to any dining setting, or becomes the perfect companion for picnics in the park, offering both functionality and style.

Riikka Laakso is a Berlin-based Finnish illustrator who has studied illustration at the Berlin University of Arts. Known for her colorful and graphic style, Laakso publishes her own books and zines in small editions. She is also a member of the German illustration collective Parallel Universe.
