Hanki bedspread, 145 x 260 cm, grey
Description
Lapuan Kankurit's Hanki bedspread features a subtle pattern designed by Leonardo Hidalgo, with a gentle zigzag motif running across its surface. The pattern draws inspiration from Nordic landscape, from the textures of stones and flowing water to moonlight reflected on snow – the name Hanki is the Finnish word for a blanket of snow.
Soft and cozy, the Hanki bed cover is woven from 100% merino wool. In addition to dressing the bed, it can be used as an extra-large throw, with plenty of room for more than one person to snuggle under while relaxing or watching a film. Finished with delicate fringed edges, the merino wool blanket is woven at Lapuan Kankurit's own weaving mill in Finland; the company name translates as "Weavers of Lapua."
