Description

Bodum's Pebo Vacuum coffee maker is a dream come true for coffee enthusiasts and a guaranteed eye-catcher in any kitchen. The striking, science-lab-inspired design may look complex but the brewing process is surprisingly easy even for beginners. Made up of a glass carafe and funnel, the Pebo uses the vacuum method, which relies on pressure differences and changes in temperature. Clean water is heated in the lower section, where rising pressure pushes it into the upper funnel filled with ground coffee. Once the heat is removed, a vacuum draws the brewed coffee back down, leaving the grounds neatly on the top for easy cleaning.

The Pebo coffee maker combines scientific precision with the joy of handcrafted brewing. The result? An exceptionally clean and full-bodied cup that’s sure to impress even the most discerning home barista.
