The Exit trolley by Design House Stockholm is truly a multifunctional piece of furniture whose clean-lined design makes it a great addition to any space, whether used as a storage unit in a private residence or a dish trolley in a café or restaurant. Made of solid oak, the trolley is equipped with rubber-rimmed wheels that make it possible to move the trolley silently and without scratching the floor.
Designer Gunilla Allard has described the design process as follows: ”It’s a challenge for me to work in wood. You would think you would have to allow for slightly thicker dimensions, but the Exit trolley is made as thinly as possible. The natural-looking wood conveys a softer touch for a cosier feel that is equally suited to private and public settings.”
