Description

An Elevated Guidebook to Japan is a visually captivating travel book that delves deep into the richness and diversity of Japanese culture. Brought to life through the evocative photography of Caule Alexandra, its pages reveal hidden gems, dreamlike landscapes, unforgettable culinary moments and stories of local artists – from the bustling streets of major cities to the quiet charm of remote fishing villages.

Rather than highlighting overcrowded destinations, An Elevated Guidebook to Japan invites readers to explore lesser-known paths and immerse themselves in the quiet beauty of details and atmospheres. It's especially suited for those who prefer to travel slowly and attentively, drawing inspiration from local art, design and everyday life. Published in 2024 by Éditions Komorebi, this hardcover edition is written in English and spans 320 pages.
