Description

HAY's Sobremesa napkin is a cheerful serviette created by Egyptian chef and artist, Laila Gohar, designed to make setting the table and dining an experiential affair. Decorated with quirky embroidery and appliquéd patterns, the napkins made of a linen blend serve as a fun and functional detail for both casual and festive settings.
 
The Sobremesa collection, created in collaboration with Laila Gohar and HAY, is a true feast for the senses. The colourful and friendly objects invite you to transform a meal into something extraordinary. For Gohar, a meal is a story that involves much more than just eating; it is about carefully choosing the ingredients, preparing the food with thought and soul, setting the table, enjoying the meal with friends or family, and finally, Sobremesa – a moment linked to Spanish culture, where you linger around the table enjoying the atmosphere and life itself.

Shipping & Delivery

If all the items in your order are in stock, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Finland within two working days. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product pages and at checkout.

We offer free shipping on small items for orders over
£129.

For large items, free shipping applies to orders over  £3000.

“Small item” refers to parcels under 80 cm in length or weighing less than 25 kg. Larger or heavier shipments are classified as “Large item deliveries” (see below).

Please note that the free shipping thresholds stated above may not apply in certain cases. In such situations, any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Large item delivery charge range from £29 to £149 and is automatically calculated and displayed on the product page and at checkout. The exact cost is confirmed once your delivery address has been entered.

Large item delivery charges apply to any single parcel with a side longer than 80 cm or weighing more than 25 kg.

Please note that exceptions to these fees may apply to ensure the safe and reliable delivery of large or delicate items. In such cases, the final delivery cost will be displayed at checkout.

As a member, you’ll enjoy even better free shipping benefits on small items:

  • Level 2: Free shipping for orders over £110
  • Level 3–4: Free shipping for orders over £85

Exclusions apply: For large item deliveries, an additional surcharge is applied based on your location and the size and weight of your shipment.
