Eva Solo's Green Tools sieve is a multifunctional tool designed for a variety of purposes: you can use it to sift fine ingredients, such as flour or icing sugar, to strain sauces or pasta or to rinse fruit and veggies. It is basically a sieve, a sifter, a strainer and a colander in one! The fine-meshed sieve is complete with minimalist handles and four feet that allow you to place it directly on the kitchen table top. The sieve fits cooking pots with a diameter of 16, 20 and 24 cm.
