The Mountain paperweight by Woud offers an exceptionally stunning way for keeping your papers or books neatly organized as well as storing small items. Crafted from travertine stone, this paperweight also serves as a sculptural piece of art that adds a touch of geometric elegance to any interior. Designed by Tina Schmidt, the Mountain paperweight’s form, material and name pay tribute to nature’s most awe-inspiring formations: towering mountain peaks and slopes.

Tina Schmidt

Tina Schmidt is a Danish furniture designer residing and working in Prague, Czech Republic. With a bachelor's degree in furniture design and a professional background in occupational therapy, Schmidt has developed a distinct understanding of how people interact with furniture. Her user-centred design process allows her to uncover conscious and unconscious needs and translate them into functional and sustainable designs. Her minimalistic design language reflects the aesthetic of the Scandinavian design tradition.

If all the items in your order are in stock, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Finland within two working days. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product pages and at checkout.

The shipping cost is based on the destination, weight, and volume of the shipment and will be calculated automatically. You will see the exact rate, available shipping options and estimated delivery date at checkout once you have filled in your address details.

Please note that your order will be delivered as one full shipment once all the items are in stock.

For orders shipped to non-EU countries (excluding the US, Norway, Switzerland and the UK):

  • Product prices are shown without local taxes or import duties
  • Import duties, taxes and customs fees will be charged by local authorities depending on the destination country.
