Description
The Green Tools mini chopper by Eva Solo makes chopping veggies quick and effortless: it functions simply by pulling the drawstring on the lid. The closed container is particularly useful for chopping onions and garlic as it allows you to complete the task without any tears. What's more, the blade can be removed and replaced with a whisking attachment for whipping cream or egg whites, so the chopper doubles as a mixer that requires no electricity.
With the Green Tools series, Eva Solo encourages everyone to increase the amount of vegetables in their diet – the products have been developed for plant-based cooking and optimized specifically for preparing vegetables and fruits. The clean-lined, ergonomic kitchen tools are multifunctional, however, and perfectly suited for all types of cooking, whether plant-based or not.
