Scanpan’s Fusion 5 frying pan set includes two uncoated pans designed for use on the hob and in the oven. The 7.87 in (20 cm) and 11.02 in (28 cm) frying pans feature stay-cool steel handles and gently curved sides that allow clean, drip-free pouring.
The Fusion 5 series by Danish brand Scanpan takes its name from its five-layer construction: the outer layers are durable stainless steel, and the three inner layers are aluminium that conducts heat efficiently. The uncoated pans and pots in the range bring together the best qualities of both materials – the aluminium core offers energy-efficient performance and a pleasantly light feel, while the steel surfaces provide long-lasting strength and an elegant mirror finish. Dishwasher-safe Fusion 5 cookware is suitable for all hob types, including induction, and is oven-safe up to 250 degrees.
