Description
Cane-line’s Flip deck chair, designed by the Danish duo Strand+Hvass, is a teak wood patio chair with a sculptural design and distinctive seat slightly bent in the middle. Thanks to the folding backrest, you can easily adjust the seat angle to your liking, and the footrest can easily be pushed under the seat when not in use.
Cane-line’s Flip patio collection is made using the finest teak wood, an ideal material for outdoor use. The Flip series is characterised by a unique design featuring skillfully joined teak slats in various widths. The sustainably produced, certified teak has a beautiful golden brown colour that will develop a silver-grey patina over time. With regular oil treatment, you can maintain the colour closer to the original.

The Danish designers Christina Strand and Niels Hvass have run the design studio Strand + Hvass since 1998. Their emphasis is on furniture and lightning design, but they do also other projects within design. Strand + Hvass bring their own stringent aesthetic approach to the design process, whereas the results can vary a lot. However, both of them are strictly dedicated on simplicity, the overall picture and details.
