Alessi's Conbibio kitchen thongs make life easier in the kitchen and brighten up the table settings, whether it's an everyday dinner or a more festive table. Thongs' minimalist, geometric design combines beautifully with the other cooking utensils in the Convivio collection but serves as a companion to other pots and pans in the kitchen as well.

The masterminds behind Alessi's Convivio collection are the acclaimed Pritzker Prize-winning architect David Chipperfield and Michelin-starred chef Pietro Leemann. The stylish collection celebrates the kitchen as a space where not only for cooking but also for sharing moments together with the nearest and dearest.

David Chipperfield

David Chipperfield (b. 1953 in London) is an internationally acclaimed architect and designer. He is particularly known for his achievements in architecture, but he has also designed furniture and lamps, among other things, for several companies. His multiple awards include e.g. the Pritzker Prize, the RIBA Gold Metal for lifetime achievement and the European Union Prize for Contemporary Architecture, Mies van Der Rohe award. In 2010 he was also knighted in recognition of his work in architecture. David Chipperfield Architects has offices in London, Berlin, Milan and Shanghai.

Please note that your order will be delivered as one full shipment once all the items are in stock.
