Description

The Korbo Bin is a beautiful hand-woven metal basket that features a convenient handle. The sturdy wire basket helps to keep your home in order whilst adding a stylish touch to the interior. You can also make your Korbo baskets even more versatile with the separately sold bottom plates and wall hangers.

The Swedish company Korbo started manufacturing wire baskets in 1922 and the weaving technique has remained the same ever since. The baskets are woven by hand from a single long wire completely without welding. Thanks to the unique manufacturing technique and the superior materials, the baskets will last for a lifetime. First used by farmers and fisherman, the Korbo baskets are a great addition to any garden and household.

    I love these bins, my house doesn't have much storage so I've had to find ways to sneak some in. I currently have a few of these hanging up in my basement stairs that also doubles as a coat and utility closet. My husband is very sensitive to the appearance of things and his hang out area is the basement, so it was important that the area looks attractive enough for him to not complain. He has not! I plan on buying more in different sizes. One thing I will say is that I got the galvanized one and the umbrella stand that I think was only marked as "steel" but I believe maybe it is the acid proof steel, and they do not match. I am just going to move them into different areas eventually but it is something to keep in mind.
