Description

Skagerak’s Virkelyst pouf is so comfortable that you could easily think it’s designed for indoor use. However, the pouf, consisting of a minimalist teak frame and plush cushions, is designed for outdoors and its upholstery is therefore very durable as well as water and dirt resistant. The hypoallergenic Fossflakes inside the cushions are known as a very breathable padding material that maintains its shape over time.            .

Virkelyst is a modern outdoor furniture range, designed by SAYS WHO for Skagerak, combining a clean-lined design with the natural appeal of teak wood which, in time, will develop a beautiful silvery grey patina. Combine your favourite Virkelyst furniture to get a stylish sofa set for your garden or porch or create a small summer oasis on the balcony.

  • Care instructions Teak: General cleaning when needed with a suitable wood cleaner and soft bristle brush. Rinse afterwards with clear water and let dry. If you wish to preserve or intensify the original honey-golden colour, use a suitable furniture oil on a regular basis. Textile: Wipe the fabric with a firmly wrung cloth. In case of more obstinate stains, remove the upholstery and machine wash it at 30° C.

Shipping & Delivery

If all the items in your order are in stock, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Finland within two working days. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product pages and at checkout.

The shipping cost is based on the destination, weight, and volume of the shipment and will be calculated automatically. You will see the exact rate, available shipping options and estimated delivery date at checkout once you have filled in your address details.

Please note that your order will be delivered as one full shipment once all the items are in stock.

Orders shipped to Australia are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) as following:

For private customers:

  • Orders of AU$1,000 or less (goods value only, excluding shipping and taxes):
    • A 10% GST is included in the prices and paid at checkout.
  • Orders over AU$1,000:
    • GST and any applicable import duties are collected by Australian customs upon arrival and must be paid by the recipient. Since GST is collected by customs, it is deducted from the order total at checkout and shown as a separate line item in the cost breakdown.

Please note that our product pages display prices including 10% GST. As a result, the AU$1,000 threshold effectively applies to orders with a displayed goods value of AU$1,100 or more.

Delivery terms

Orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis. This means that any GST, import duties or other charges assessed by Australian customs or the carrier must be paid by the recipient in order to release the shipment.

We want you to love your purchase—that’s why we offer 30-day returns.

Please note that the right to return products does not apply to:

  • Custom-made products which are ordered from the manufacturer according to the customer's wishes.
  • Custom-cut items (including fabrics and replacement webbing).

Please note that returns are subject to a restocking fee, which varies depending on your region and the item being returned. The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

By providing a valid Australian Business Number (ABN), you confirm that you are registered for GST in Australia. In this case, GST is collected by Australian customs and therefore deducted from the order total at checkout. This deduction is shown as a separate line item in the cost breakdown.
