Description

The Essence universal glasses complement Iittala’s popular Essence glass collection, defined by Alfredo Häberli’s timeless and functional design. Versatile and elegantly balanced, the Essence tumbler pairs perfectly with other glasses from the series and is ideal for serving water as well as a variety of refreshing drinks. The set includes two large 55 cl glasses.

Designed by Alfredo Häberli, the idea behind the Essence glassware collection was to simplify the vast and sometimes confusing range of options for wine and beer glasses into a few essential, versatile glasses. The stems and bases of the glasses are identical, creating a unique sense of balance and thoughtful functionalism throughout the series. Nowadays one of Iittala’s most popular glassware series, the Essence collection, is also beloved within the design industry: it has won the prestigious iF Design Award and the Les Découvertes Award.

Shipping & Delivery

If all the items in your order are in stock, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Finland within two working days. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product pages and at checkout.

The shipping cost is based on the destination, weight, and volume of the shipment and will be calculated automatically. You will see the exact rate, available shipping options and estimated delivery date at checkout once you have filled in your address details.

Please note that your order will be delivered as one full shipment once all the items are in stock.

Orders shipped to Australia are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) as following:

For private customers:

  • Orders of AU$1,000 or less (goods value only, excluding shipping and taxes):
    • A 10% GST is included in the prices and paid at checkout.
  • Orders over AU$1,000:
    • GST and any applicable import duties are collected by Australian customs upon arrival and must be paid by the recipient. Since GST is collected by customs, it is deducted from the order total at checkout and shown as a separate line item in the cost breakdown.

Please note that our product pages display prices including 10% GST. As a result, the AU$1,000 threshold effectively applies to orders with a displayed goods value of AU$1,100 or more.

Delivery terms
