The Elephant Chair by the Danish design company EO cheers up the children’s room, and its simple design also pleases the eye of a minimalist. Designed by the French designer Marc Venot, the Elephant Chair stands firmly on two wooden legs and one trunk, all made of European beech wood. The big, curved ears of the Elephant provide a solid support for sitting and leaning, and the cute chair is also great for playing. A perfect pair for the chair is the small and elegant Elephant Table, also designed by Marc Venot.

Designer
Marc Venot, born in 1979 in Paris, started his career with mathematics and physics before changing to industrial design, which he studied at the ENSCI design school in Paris. Known for his clear and functional touch, Venot has collaborated with numerous notable names from the French luxury brand Hermès to the Danish design company Normann Copenhagen. Venot opened his own studio in Paris in 2011 and he has been awarded with many design awards such as the Grand Prix de la Création de la ville de Paris in 2016.
