LC Shutters is a pendant lamp designed by Louise Campbell for Louis Poulsen. With its perforated pattern, LC Shutters provides an harmonious and soft light and lightens up the surface of the shade in a decorative way. The light source is surrounded by an opal diffuser, which ensures that the fixture is 100% glare-free. LC Shutters is available in two different versions – a completely white pendant lamp and a version with a pattern of various colours. Thus Louise Campbell comments on her design: "I aimed to draw attention to the balance between glare reduction and spreading the light in the room. The shade and diffuser are integrated. A single unit with a clear function – protecting against glare, creating atmosphere, but also diligently spreading the light. Despite the dense, hard material, the design expression is soft and friendly”. The elegant LC Shutters is perfect both in private homes and in public places.
