What’s new: ZigZagZurich

When it comes to beach life, ZigZagZurich towels are a dream come true. Wrap yourself in these oversized beauties after a refreshing swim, and watch the patterns come to life under the sun.

Discover the vibrant world of ZigZagZurich, an exciting new brand at our online store! From fun and oversized beach towels for seaside enjoyment to graphically patterned throws for picnics and afternoon naps, this sustainable Swiss textile manufacturer knows how to make colors pop.

FOUNDED IN 2013, ZigZagZurich is a Swiss company born out of a passion for good design, quality materials, and artistically inspired textiles.

The brand believes that luxury textiles should be accessible to everyone, which is why they use sustainably sourced natural materials while striving to keep their products reasonably priced.

The Legs XL towel showcases a delightful double-sided pattern, featuring opposite tones on each side.

ZigZagZurich towels are woven from soft, 100% cotton. The Waikiki XL towel in blue and orange was designed by Michele Rondelli.

Recently, Finnish Design Shop’s online store got a delightful addition with the collection of ZigZagZurich towels and throws, perfect for the summer season. The designers behind these novelties include seasoned veterans as well as newer talents.

One of the standout pieces of the collection is the vibrant Beach 1 XL towel, created by the acclaimed British designer George Sowden, who made his mark as a member of the famous Memphis Group in the 1980s and received the prestigious Compasso d’Oro design award.

The Rimini blankets, crafted from graphic jacquard-woven cotton, and the captivating Santa Monica XL towel were illustrated by German textile designer Sophie Probst, who graduated from Stuttgart’s Academy of Fine Arts in 2015.

The towels and throws are reversible, featuring patterns in opposite tones on the reverse side.

George Sowden’s Beach 1 XL towel resonates with the rhythm of life and nature.

The wavy pattern of Sophie Probst’s Santa Monica XL towel takes you straight to the carefree summers of peace and love in the 60s and 70s.

The jacquard-woven Rimini One blanket is as perfect for picnics as it is for lounging on the home sofa.

ZigZagZurich’s commitment to sustainable practices means that every step of their production is carried out with consideration for both environmental impact and social responsibility.

The brand’s main production facility is located just across the border in Italy, making it easy to closely monitor every aspect of the production chain from material sourcing to the hand-finishing of the products.
