  • Once you have purchased the package of your choosing and submitted the required information, your designer will contact you as soon as possible to agree on the next steps.

Here’s how it works

Pick a package

Purchase an interior design plan suited to your needs on our website.

2.

Deliver the details

You will receive an order confirmation by email, followed by a second email with instructions for delivering the necessary information about the space or spaces in question. Submitting the required details is easy – simply sign in to your customer account at our online store.

3.

Meet your new best mate

Your dedicated designer will reach out to you as soon as possible after you have submitted the required information. Together, you will agree on the schedule of the design project.

4.

Sit back and relax

Once the required information has been submitted, your designer will review the details and roll up their sleeves to get started on the design project.

5.

Peek at your proposal

Done and dusted! Your designer will upload the completed plan to your personal customer account at our online store. If desired, you can download the plan onto your computer.

6.

Bring home the bounty

If you decide to make purchases based on the product proposal, your dedicated designer will assist you with placing the order. You are entitled to a rebate for the price of the interior design plan in accordance with the minimum order values specified per package. The rebate is available for 3 months.
