Description

Miniforms' Zigo side table is an enchanting combination of simple lines and carefully considered, almost artistically beautiful details. The table's massive yet stunningly beautiful look is the work of the design studio Zaven, founded by Enrica Cavarzan and Marco Zavagno – looking at the Zigo table, it's no surprise that the design duo have become best known for their creations that blur the line between design and art. Made of thick glass and standing on three sturdy metal legs, Zigo's sculptural esthetic makes it an impressive addition to homes as well as public spaces.

Zaven

Enrica Cavarzan and Marco Zavagno founded the design studio Zaven in Venice, Italy, in 2008. The duo met while studying industrial design at the University of Venice, IUAV. Cavarzan also studied graphic design at the École nationale supérieure des Arts Décoratifs in Paris, France. The combination of their backgrounds in industrial design and graphic design allows them to approach projects with a holistic mindset, viewing both the esthetic and functional aspects of a design. Zaven's philosophy is to create products that are not only beautiful and useful but also sustainable, reflecting the studio's commitment to environmental responsibility.

The studio has worked with a wide range of clients, from smaller startups to large corporations. Their designs have been recognized with multiple prestigious awards, including the Red Dot Design Award, the iF Design Award, the Good Design Award, and the Compasso d'Oro ADI. Zaven's work has been exhibited in prestigious design events such as Milan Design Week, Paris Design Week, and the Venice Biennale.
