Description

Artemide’s Rea, designed by Neil Poulton in 2013, is a delightful little wall lamp inspired by the Star Trek series and childlike creativity. Made of rounded aluminum bent to 90 degrees, the Rea lamp creates a beautiful light with no glare, thanks to the LED bulb directed up towards the ceiling. The compact Rea lamp brings joy to any room of the house and it catches the eye alone or in a group of several lamps.

Neil Poulton

Neil Poulton (b. 1963) is a Scottish product designer living in Paris. Poulton studied in the Napier University in Edinburgh and the Domus Academy in Milan, and he has won many international design awards. Poulton is especially known for his work in technology and lightning, and he has collaborated with brands such as the technology company LaCie and the lightning company Artemide.
