The Primary Shape wall lamp by Serax is Dutch architect Thijs Prinsen’s tribute to the beauty of raw simplicity. Made from concrete, the lamp captivates with its pared-down shape and subtly textured surface. The conical shape of the Primary Shape 3 lamp directs light gently downward, casting a warm, atmospheric glow across walls and floors. The wall lamp is perfect for hallways, entryways or any space where stylish, mood-enhancing lighting is needed.

Thijs Prinsen

Thijs Prinsen (b. 1984) is a Belgian architect and designer whose work emphasizes spatial experience and user-centered design. Prinsen graduated in architecture from the Provinciale Hogeschool Limburg in 2007, specializing in visual arts. Since 2007, he has worked at the architecture firm Lens°ass Architects, becoming a partner in 2012 and currently leading the company.
