Description

The PC desk lamp, designed by Pierre Charpin for HAY, has a mushroom-like shape that is both timeless and futuristic. The light source of the lamp is hidden, so it offers a soft, downward-pointing light that reduces glare when working or reading.

Equipped with a stepless touch dimmer, the PC desk lamp will find its place in various interior styles, both in an office space and as part of your home décor. Placed on a table, shelf or windowsill, the PC table lamp creates a pleasant and cozy atmosphere for any space.

Pierre Charpin

Pierre Charpin (b. 1962) is a French designer living and working in Paris. Trained as an artist, Charpin began his work with furniture and object design in the early 1990s, but the artistic background is still visible in his approach to design and in the skillful combinations of form and color. Besides designing simple and functionalist objects, Charpin also wants to create feelings and sensations with his designs. Charpin’s work has been included in exhibitions and collections around the world, and he was awarded as the Designer of the Year 2017 at Maison & Objet fair.
