The elegant design brings both rhythm and calm, vitality and harmony to any interior. The rug is handwoven from New Zealand wool on traditional looms, and its warp is made from recycled cotton.
The Trace rug is part of the Serenity collection designed by Susanna Vento, which draws inspiration from rhythmically repeating patterns, whether created by human hands or found in nature. Vento says she has long admired the serene repetition of elements like rows of windows, bridge railings, drainage ditches, and tree lines across fields – motifs with quiet symmetry that have a calming effect, much like the rugs in the Serenity series themselves.
