Description
HAY’s Loop Bin, designed by Leif Jørgensen, is a minimalist pedal bin ideal for waste sorting in kitchens, bathrooms, and office spaces. Made of stainless steel, the bin features a pedal-operated lid with a soft-closing mechanism and a recycled plastic inner ring to keep the bin liner neatly in place. The tapered, angular shape and monochrome colour finish complete the sleek, contemporary look of the Loop Bin.

Nowadays he mainly cooperates with Hay, to whom he has designed the Loop-series among other things. Jørgensens work is characterized by coincidence of design and architecture. He thinks that the meaning of an object depends on its context. Jørgensen works with organic forms with an underlying sense for geometry.
