Description

Lapuan Kankurit’s Puro giant towel is a generously sized waffle towel adorned with fine stripes, perfect for wrapping yourself in after a shower, sauna session or swim. Classically beautiful, this bath towel brings a touch of Nordic design to both home and summer cottage, and it slips effortlessly into your beach bag as well.

Designed by Elina Helenius, the towels in the Puro collection are made from a blend developed by Lapuan Kankurit, combining linen with Tencel made from wood fibres – the result is an exceptionally soft and absorbent material that also dries quickly. The waffle weave further enhances absorbency while giving the towels a pleasantly textured, lively surface. Puro towels are woven at Lapuan Kankurit’s own weaving mill in Finland.

  • Length: 70.87 in (180 cm)
  • Width: 33.46 in (85 cm)

  • Material 43% tencel, 39% washed European "Masters of linen" linen, 18% cotton
  • Colour Natural linen, green
  • Weight 1.1 lbs (0.5 kg)
  • Care instructions Delicate laundry wash at 60°C in plenty of water. Wash separately. 40°C is also an adequate wash temperature. Do not use softner and bleach. Normal spin cycle. Reshape whilst damp. Linen fibres may come off the product during the wash. Check the lint filter before and after washing. The colour of natural linen becomes lighter with washing.
